Happyreal is a real-estate rental and sales platform. The brief: design an AI-driven solution that improves the customer experience and pushes the full transaction further into the digital channel, without discarding the human judgement agents bring to the process.
Three goals set the direction before any solution was drawn.
Focus on the weakest processes: virtual customer experience, process length, reaching Gen Z, property valuation, offer personalization, and virtual tours. Proposed solutions had to be feasible within the existing Happyreal platform or through integrations with ready-made SaaS / proptech tools.
Every proposed solution had to trace back to a "job to be done" for a key segment — Gen Z renters, owners, buyers, agents — and show measurable impact on process time, conversion, or retention.
Happyreal's path to 75% online sales runs through four job performers, each with a distinct functional and emotional outcome to design for.
